2 Month Family Support Package
My signature 2-month family support package includes:
1 hour deep dive initial session
3, 40-minute follow-up sessions
Personalized family dinner meal plan
Personalized nutrition plans
Personalized recipes and meal planning guidelines
Kitchen and pantry support
Unlimited text support
Unlimited email support
Post-session emails with notes, goals, and action items
Text support is available daily from 8 am to 8 pm.
You'll receive a link to schedule your 1st call once you sign up for coaching. Your 1st call needs to be scheduled within one week of signing up. You'll also receive a link to schedule your follow-up calls, which need to occur every other week at a minimum. Appointments have to be scheduled within the month because they do not carry over.
Cancellation Policy: 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours your session will be deducted from your package.
If you wish to cancel your coaching package, refunds are processed as follows:
Cancellations after the first, second, or third sessions will be refundable for a prorated rate depending on how many sessions you have used.
Cancellations made after the fourth session are non-refundable. If there are any extenuating circumstances and/or you feel like we are not a fit to work together, please reach out via email and I’ll work with you to find a solution.
