As a Registered Dietitian and Culinary Nutritionist, I'm here to help you pull away from diet culture and embrace a sustainable, holistic approach to nutrition and health with food and nutrition coaching. An approach that will encourage you to listen to your body, promote a positive relationship with food, and facilitate practical lifestyle shifts that you can sustain for years to come.
I know that pulling away from dieting and diet culture isn’t an easy task. We live in a world where we’re constantly told we’re not enough … not thin enough, not curvey enough, not fit enough. Every day we’re inundated with messages about dieting, weight loss, and everything that’s wrong with how we’re eating.
But here’s the thing …
You ARE enough.
And dieting is NOT the answer.
It’s possible to get to a place where you find pleasure and joy in cooking and eating. One that’s calm, supportive, and sustainable.
Through my one-on-one coaching work, I’ll help you do one of the bravest things you can do: learn to listen to yourself rather than external cues and validation tools. By merging my training as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with my experience in the kitchen, I’ll help you reconnect with food and yourself while building a sustainable and nourishing diet that you can maintain for the rest of your life.

I specialize in culinary nutrition, sustainable behavior change, intuitive and mindful eating, disease management, sustainable weight management, healing from chronic dieting, and children and family feeding.

Interested? Here’s how my Nutrition Coaching Service works
First, book a free 20 minute introductory call with Kelly, your virtual nutrition coach. We’ll talk about what you’ve tried, where you are now, the barriers you currently face, and what you’d like to gain from working with a dietitian. This is an opportunity for us to see if we are a good fit to work together.
Next, if it feels right, we’ll enter into a coaching relationship. That means we’ll meet via video conference and together we’ll explore the internal and external factors that impact your nutrition and dietary intake.
From there, we’ll create a realistic and sustainable plan so you have a roadmap to improving your health and nutrition. You’ll be supported to make change so you can look and feel your best and create space for the things that matter most to you. I’ll hold you accountable every step of the way.
In addition to 1:1 video sessions, you’ll also receive personalized recipes and meal plans as well as several additional forms of support including unlimited text and email support, calendar integration, and a variety of tools, activities, and worksheets tailored to you and your goals.
Working with Kelly has been the greatest decision I’ve made in a long time! I have so much support: fully customized weekly meal plans, emails, zoom meetings, texts, IG messages - she’s incredible and so helpful! She makes it so easy to schedule my week, I’ve saved a lot of money on my weekly groceries (and not ordering delivery as much), and I don’t waste as much food and find a way to eat everything in my fridge. We'll start with a complete assessment to learn about your health goals, lifestyle, and individualized nutrition needs. We’ll also explore the challenges you currently face and discuss your relationship with food. This session includes a complete health history and diet review. Together, we’ll create a roadmap of tailored nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.
I'll ask you to complete an intake form prior to our call. You’ll receive your personalized nutrition plan and first set of resources after our call.

Depending upon your needs, these video sessions take place every week, bi-weekly, or monthly. These calls will help you troubleshoot barriers and navigate external factors that impact your eating habits. We’ll also celebrate your success along the way!
After sessions, you’ll receive an email with notes, goals, and action items, as well as personalized resources. Email and chat support is included for two weeks unless otherwise noted.

Designed to provide education around your individual nutrition needs based on your individual health goals. While working together, we’ll cover breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, dining out / ordering in, travel, and more!

Recipes and meal plans designed with your individual preferences, dietary conditions, and schedule in mind. This can include grab-and-go breakfasts, packable lunches, quick dinners, and balanced snacks.

Support and accountability are seamlessly integrated into your schedule. This may look like personalized nudges for eating, hydration, sleep, movement, breathing exercises, and so on.

You'll have unlimited text support for things that require a quick response. This may look like support when ordering out, navigating the aisles at the grocery store, making a meal at home, or if you simply need a quick check-in. Text support is available daily from 8 am to 8 pm PST.

You'll have support and guidance between sessions with unlimited email access for things that require more than a text.

After each call, you'll receive an email recap including notes, resources, and tools to help you move towards your goals.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are sessions in person or virtual?
All sessions are held virtually via video conference in Healthie, a HIPPA compliant electronic medical record system. We’ll communicate between sessions via text in Healthie and through email.
Do you accept insurance?
I do not currently accept insurance, however, I can offer you a Superbill receipt that you can submit to your insurance company in hopes of receiving full or partial reimbursement. A doctor referral is required.
What's the cancellation policy?
Please note my 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you do not cancel / reschedule your appointment within that time frame or don't show up, you'll be charged for the session.
How do the appointments work?
You'll receive a link to schedule your 1st call once you sign up for coaching. Your 1st call needs to be scheduled within one month of signing up. We'll schedule follow-up sessions at the end of each appointment.
How do I get started?
Schedule a free discovery call with me to get started – we'll make sure we're a good fit to work together. If you know you’re ready for nutrition coaching, you can use the link above to sign up and get started. Once you submit your payment info, you'll immediately get a scheduling link to book your first appointment. You'll be asked to complete a handful of onboarding forms before our first appointment. Please complete these at least 2-hours before our call.
