  • Diets don’t work. Willpower is limited. Food should be enjoyed.

I'm here to help you pull away from diet mentality and embrace a sustainable, holistic approach to nutrition and health. An approach that will encourage you to listen to your body, promote a positive relationship with food, and facilitate practical lifestyle shifts that you can sustain for years to come. This holistic approach to nutrition and dieting is based on the idea that there is no single way of eating that will work for everyone. It takes into account an individual's lifestyle, medical history, physical condition, and many other factors before providing a suitable nutrition and diet plan.

Having a belief system around you can make all the difference. I’d be honored to be the Registered Dietitian Nutritionist on your team and to support you on your journey.

  • I offer 1:1 nutrition coaching and culinary support to individuals, couples, and families.

I currently offer a 3-month Everyday Wellness package as well as a 2-month Family Support package.

All packages include 1:1 nutrition coaching, a personalized nutrition plan, personalized recipes and resources, unlimited email support between sessions, and post-session emails with notes, goals, and action items. Lifetime membership to my meal plan program, Weeknight Dinners, is included as well.

Behavior change takes time. That’s why my smallest coaching package is two months. You’ll likely be tempted back into your old habits and patterns until new ones replace them and become routine. I’ll be here to support you throughout your journey.

  • Kelly is a Registered Dietitian and Bay Area culinary nutritionist with a Master’s Degree in Food Studies. She takes a holistic approach to nutrition and health, helping her clients implement sustainable behavior change to improve their life and relationship with food.

She’s the founder of Weeknight Dinners, a weekly meal plan program that helps users find more joy and ease in cooking and eating. Kelly promotes whole foods, intuitive eating, and batch cooking. She completed her graduate degree in Rome, Italy, where she immersed herself in Italian food culture. Her meal plan program is a product of her time and experience abroad. Kelly enjoys visiting farmers’ markets, traveling, doing pilates, and dining with friends in her free time.

Kelly offers nutrition education, nutrition counseling, and nutrition therapy to clients around the world. She also works as a consultant to corporations and startups and has served as a clinical dietitian at a residential eating disorder clinic in the Bay Area.
