how to make a tropical green smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1/2 banana, frozen
1/4 avocado, frozen
1/2 cup pineapple, frozen
1/2 cup mango, frozen
2 cups spinach
1 scoop collagen peptides
1 scoop protein powder
1 scoop hemp seeds
1/2 cup milk of choice (unsweetened)
1/2 cup coconut water (unsweetened)
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
Notes
Use marine collagen to make P.
To freeze bananas, break them in half and freeze them on a plate overnight. Place them in a ziplock bag the next morning (this way they won’t stick together). Do the same with peeled and pitted avocados.
