I’ve visited a lot of fitness studios in San Francisco, San Diego, and Rome. Burn is one of the best hybrid workout classes I’ve taken to date.
Burn started out as a boutique fitness studio where the workout combines the best aspects of Pilates (springboards and mat), cardio (HIIT), and strength training (free weights) for a challenging, yet sustainable 55-minute workout.
