how to make a balanced oatmeal bowl

INGREDIENTS 


  • 3/4 cup oats, cooked

  • 1/2 cup banana, sliced

  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter

  • 2 Tbsp raw trail mix

  • Cinnamon

  • Flakey sea salt

  • Milk of choice

INSTRUCTIONS 


Cook oatmeal according to package directions. Top with fruit, nut butter, 2 Tbsp raw trail mix or a nut / seed blend, a dash of cinnamon, a pinch of flakey sea salt, and a splash of milk.

Notes


Use DF milk to make DF.
