blood orange and pistachio chia pudding

INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup Greek yogurt or skyr, plain, whole milk
2 scoops collagen peptides
1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened, vanilla
1/2 Tbsp honey
1 large or 2 small blood oranges, peeled and sliced
1 Tbsp pistachios, roughly chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine yogurt, almond milk, and honey in a small Tupperware or glass jar; whisk in chia seeds and collagen peptides; refrigerate overnight, or for at least 3 hours.
Just before eating, give chia pudding a stir and top with blood orange and pistachios.
Notes
Toppings can be added prior to refrigeration for a grab-and-go meal.
For DF use DF yogurt. For P use marine collagen.
