About the Program Co-Hosts

Nutritionist & Registered Dietitian Kelly Powers

Kelly is a San Francisco based Registered Dietitian who takes a holistic approach to nutrition and health. She’s the founder of 52 Weeks, a weekly meal plan program that helps users find more joy and ease in cooking and eating. Kelly promotes whole foods, intuitive eating, and batch cooking. She completed her graduate degree in Rome, Italy, where she immersed herself in Italian food culture. Her meal plan program is a product of her time and experience abroad. Kelly enjoys visiting farmers’ markets, traveling, doing pilates, and dining with friends in her free time.

Dani is a mindful movement instructor and community leader on a mission to reshape the way we cultivate personal and collective wellbeing. A severe spinal injury forced Dani to slow down and explore a deeper journey of healing. Through her profound experience with somatic movement, mindfulness, and breathwork, Dani not only healed physically, but also reconnected with a sense of inner vitality that she’d never tapped into before. Passionate about sharing this feeling with the world, Dani developed her signature mindful fitness practice, Come Alive, in 2017.
