yogurt, berry, and muesli parfait

INGREDIENTS 


  • 1 cup siggi’s vanilla yogurt (skyr)

  • 1/3 cup strawberries, sliced

  • 1/3 cup blueberries

  • 1/4 cup muesli

  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds

INSTRUCTIONS 


Place yogurt in a bowl and top with strawberries, blueberries, muesli and hemp seeds.
