  • GLP-1 receptor agonists, like Ozempic, Wegovy, and Mounjaro, are medications used to support weight loss and blood sugar control. Hi, I’m Kelly — your personal nutritionist

I’m a registered dietitian and culinary nutritionist with over 10 years of experience in San Diego and San Francisco, California. I specialize in the Mediterranean diet, family nutrition, GLP-1s, women’s health, intuitive eating, sustainable behavior change, and recipe and meal plan development. Ultimately, I help people stress less about food while reaching their goals.

After years of education, culinary training, and working in eating disorders and nutrition research, I built my private practice to support individuals, couples, and families as they take control of their health. Through personalized nutrition and lifestyle support, we’ve helped hundreds reach their health and weight goals. You too can reduce mealtime stress, rediscover the joy of cooking and eating, and cultivate a positive relationship with food, yourself, and your body. We can help.
